Nurse Practitioner

An initial visit with a provider typically includes a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and a psychiatric medication treatment plan. Conditions treated include: ADHD, Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Eating Disorders, Sleep Disorders, OCD, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, Alzheimer’s/Dementia, Alcohol and Drug Addiction, Disruptive Behavior Disorders, PTSD, Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss

Diagnosis, management, and treatment of mental health disorders through medication-focused treatments, delivering personalized medication strategies to enhance patients' mental well-being.

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, and an mutual assessment of whether the provider is the right fit for the patient. 

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's medication treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or managing side-effects of the treatment plan.  

Prescription Fulfillment enables providers to prescribe medications efficiently, ensuring patients receive the correct treatment promptly.  Prescription Fulfillment can occur on an Initial Visit or Follow-Up visit.

These services are ancillary services complete in conjunction with ongoing treatment plans and only after an initial visit.  Prices for these services vary from $75-$300 per service.  Unfortunately, insurance will not pay for the service.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.  These brief refill services do not apply to controlled medications.

Prescription service

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
