A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

A medication refill appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the medication refill, and issuing a new 30 day supply prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate * EXCLUDES narcotics/ specialty medications. Meds had to have be taken in the last 90 days with recent provider evaluation*

Prescription service

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads.
