I'm Philomena Cunningham, a compassionate and dedicated Family & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong background in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Urgent Care, Aesthetics, Obesity Medicine, and Telehealth. I generally treat children, adolescents, adults, and seniors and can provide controlled substances in the state of TX. For other states I am licensed in, I can prescribe non-stimulant medication. My mission is to provide personalized care that supports your health journey; whether it's urgent care through virtual visits or hands-on treatment during critical times. My goal is to deliver exceptional healthcare with a human touch. I love to learn new things, work out, and assist others in living a fuller, healthier life. Follow-up Visit
A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Prescription service
A medication refill appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the medication refill, and issuing a new 30 day supply prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate * EXCLUDES narcotics/ specialty medications. Meds had to have be taken in the last 90 days with recent provider evaluation*
