An initial visit with a provider typically includes a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and a treatment plan. 

Diagnosis, management, and treatment of mental health disorders through medication-focused treatments, delivering personalized medication strategies to enhance patients' mental well-being.

A brief check-in visit is a shorter appointment focused on ongoing medication management. It includes reviewing how the current treatment is going, confirming there are no new or worsening symptoms, and providing refills as appropriate.

Offers comprehensive health assessments, routine check-ups, and preventative strategies to maintain optimal health.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or managing side-effects of the treatment plan.  

This is your full deep dive with your provider. We’ll go over your history, what’s been going on, and what your goals are for care. We’ll cover symptoms, medications, past treatments, and anything else that helps us get the full picture.

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear game plan. We’ll talk through treatment options, make recommendations, and answer any questions you’ve got. It’s not just a check-the-box appointment — it’s a real conversation about what’s going to work for you.

Initial Evaluation

This is a quick check in for stable care. We’ll touch base to see how you’re doing, go over any updates or changes, and make sure everything’s still on track. If you’re feeling good and things are steady, we’ll get your prescriptions renewed and keep you moving forward.

It’s not a deep dive, just a short visit to keep your treatment running smoothly.

Brief Check-In

This is a quick visit just to refill your prescription, especially for controlled meds like ADHD or anxiety medications. No deep dive, no full check in — just a fast, focused chat to confirm everything’s on track and handle your refill safely.

It usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes, and keeps your treatment moving without changes.

Think of this as your no-pressure intro call. It’s a quick chat to see if we’re a good fit, not a full psych evaluation or treatment session. We’ll go over what you’re looking for, answer your questions, and explain how we work. You can tell us what’s going on, and we’ll let you know if we’re the right place to help.

No forms, no commitment, and definitely no charge. Just a conversation to make sure we’re on the same page before you book a full visit.

Free Intro Call

This is a deeper check in to go over your care plan and see how things are working. We’ll talk about any changes in your symptoms, side effects, or concerns, and make adjustments to your meds or treatment plan if needed.

This is a full 50 minute counseling session focused entirely on you. We’ll dive into whatever’s going on, work through challenges, and build strategies to help you move forward. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, mood stuff, or just needing space to talk things out, this time is yours.

No medication management in this one — just real conversation and support.

Counseling Session

This is a full 50 minute visit that covers both med management and real counseling time. We’ll check in on how your meds are working, make any needed adjustments, and then spend the rest of the time in focused conversation. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, mood swings, or just needing space to talk things out, we’ll work through it together. It’s a full deep dive into both sides — your treatment plan and your real life challenges — so you walk out with a clear plan and some breathing room.
