I'm a psych NP. I specialize in guys ages 15 to 50, mental health (ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia) and physical health (hormones, weight). I do see women too, just not my main focus.
Some guys just want meds and to get on with their life. I'm not here to gatekeep, so if that's what you need, we can make it happen. But I do recommend looking at the bigger picture when possible. Sleep, stress, nutrition, all of it. Better than slapping a bandaid on a bullet hole.
Most guys who reach out are running on fumes. Can't focus, can't sleep, keep putting off shit that matters. Frustrated with how they feel, how they're eating, how they're not taking care of themselves. Something's off and they're not sure what.

Initial Evaluation (15-45 years old)
This is your full deep dive with your provider. We’ll go over your history, what’s been going on, and what your goals are for care. We’ll cover symptoms, medications, past treatments, and anything else that helps us get the full picture.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear game plan. We’ll talk through treatment options, make recommendations, and answer any questions you’ve got. It’s not just a check-the-box appointment — it’s a real conversation about what’s going to work for you.
