Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner

Anesthesia and Critical Care Team– PACU, Pre Surgical Testing, Step Down Units: Collaborating with multiple surgical teams and attending anesthesiologists throughout the peri-operative period, including pre-surgical testing, post-anesthesia and ICU Step-down units. My primary responsibilities include, preparing and recovering patients after various oncological surgeries and procedures in adults and children. Using their history and physical exam to anticipate and manage pain, hemodynamics, PONV and other complications in the immediate post-operative period. Health acuity ranges from minor procedures to critical care management and surgical emergencies. Leadership experiences include Charge APP, training new-hires, and presenting case reviews. 


Family Nurse Practitioner

Cardiac Transplant Intensive Care Unit - Caring for critically ill patients after open heart surgeries, ventricular assist device placement and organ transplants. Also, caring for patients requiring escalation of care including: 
extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), advanced respiratory support, continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) and other conditions that require devices and ICU monitoring.

Expect 1-3 follow ups within your first month so that we can keep a close eye and also keep you motivate in your lifestyle goals that we set weekly, ensuring that you stay consistent, you lose the weight, keep it off without using the medications long-term.

Provides a structured approach to weight loss through the use of approved medications alongside lifestyle change.

In addition to our complementary weekly group coaching, we offer one on one coaching As a holistic practice, we offer more than just medication management, we offer coaching to help you stay consistent in your goals around building a healthy diet, and exercise program catered to the lifestyle that you want to live. 

These sessions specialize on tools for forming habits and overcoming mental barriers we dive deeply into your weight loss journey.

Your initial visit, we will review your medical history, go over labs, and holistically review struggles with weight loss, nutrition and exercise and develop a personalized plan for you! This will include lab orders if you don't have recent labs, sample diet/nutrition plan and exercise plan and evaluation for medications like Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and compounded Semaglutide. We meet you where you are and build from there!

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.
