I’m Ragnar Scott, a Psych NP and the founder of LiveWell. I work with people ages 15 to adult—teens, college students, and young adults—who are trying to get unstuck and feel like themselves again. Most of my work focuses on ADHD, anxiety, depression, identity struggles, and addiction recovery, without the usual lectures or one-size-fits-all treatment plans.
Over the years, I’ve worked in some of the toughest psych and neuro settings across the country—crisis units, hospitals, outpatient clinics, dual diagnosis programs. I’ve led teams, trained new clinicians, and handled more emergencies than I can count. These days, I’m focused on something different: a practice that actually feels human.
At LiveWell, we keep it simple and honest. If you’re dealing with focus issues, mood swings, impulsivity, overthinking, addiction, burnout, or just feeling like something’s off—we’ll dig into it. We skip the doctor-speak and have real conversations, just like, you know... real people.
Most of the people I see are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed underneath. People who are used to pushing through, but are exhausted from it. We cover everything that gets skipped in rushed appointments: sleep, sex, self-doubt, racing thoughts, shame, relationships, motivation, and more.
Telehealth makes it easy to connect, but what happens in session is still the real work. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me out on the trails with Buddy, my old German Shorthair who still thinks he’s a puppy until it rains.

Initial Evaluation
This is your full deep dive with your provider. We’ll go over your history, what’s been going on, and what your goals are for care. We’ll cover symptoms, medications, past treatments, and anything else that helps us get the full picture.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear game plan. We’ll talk through treatment options, make recommendations, and answer any questions you’ve got. It’s not just a check-the-box appointment — it’s a real conversation about what’s going to work for you.

Brief Check-In
This is a quick check in for stable care. We’ll touch base to see how you’re doing, go over any updates or changes, and make sure everything’s still on track. If you’re feeling good and things are steady, we’ll get your prescriptions renewed and keep you moving forward.
It’s not a deep dive, just a short visit to keep your treatment running smoothly.

Prescription Refill Visit
This is a quick visit just to refill your prescription, especially for controlled meds like ADHD or anxiety medications. No deep dive, no full check in — just a fast, focused chat to confirm everything’s on track and handle your refill safely.
It usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes, and keeps your treatment moving without changes.

This is a full 50 minute counseling session focused entirely on you. We’ll dive into whatever’s going on, work through challenges, and build strategies to help you move forward. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, mood stuff, or just needing space to talk things out, this time is yours.
No medication management in this one — just real conversation and support.

Combined Counseling and Med Management
This is a full 50 minute visit that covers both med management and real counseling time. We’ll check in on how your meds are working, make any needed adjustments, and then spend the rest of the time in focused conversation. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, mood swings, or just needing space to talk things out, we’ll work through it together. It’s a full deep dive into both sides — your treatment plan and your real life challenges — so you walk out with a clear plan and some breathing room.
