Hi, my name is Khanh Tran, an Advanced Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical weight loss and men’s wellness optimization. I am currently welcoming new patients in Illinois, Florida and Delaware. At KRx Complete Wellness, LLC., I believe that physical, mental, and sexual health are all interconnected. Living in Chicago has given me a unique perspective on the importance of accessible and affordable medical care. My focus is to create a supportive environment where every patient feels heard, valued, and comfortable. PLEASE NOTE: I only prescribe controlled medications in the state of Illinois. I do not prescribe controlled substances in Delaware or Florida. All Weight loss and Men's health services include a consultation, blood work (if indicated), medication and shipping. Please specify which weight loss option is preferred (oral or injectable). For Primary/Urgent care, medication is not included.
